We pay every month by the 7th of each month like we were told and every time they shut us off way early and now there is a new charge we don't know about $27? Customer upset with t-mobile for increasing bill after promising fixed price. also unhappy with service coverage discrepancies and lack of integrity.
I received message from T-Mobile saying my bill will increase 5.00 per line. I am very upset with this because when I changed to T-Mobile, I was told my monthly charge will never change as long as I remained with T-Mobile. I was told my price included all charges and was fixed as long as I did not change my plan. I was told we are not like other companies that quote prices then add on service charges and other types of charges. I was told my price will stay the same not like other companies that start you off with a low price then increase the price yearly. This was the main reason I changed to T-Mobile because I was tired of being quoted a price then have to price change yearly. Why would you change the price less than 2 years after I made the switch. I get nothing more for the increase. I contacted your customer service department (Roger) asking for a reason. I was told things went up, all other companies are doing the same thing, and it is what it is. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given many excuses saying I would be told the same thing and nothing would change. After several request I was connected to his supervisor Larry in Birmingham. Larry was a fast talker and keep talking over me. He kept saying things just went up, all other companies are doing the same, my bill went up and I work for the company. I tried to explain I up upset because I was told my monthly fee would not change when I switched to T-Mobile. I just feel like I was lied to just to get me to change. It is more about the integrity of the company. The company should stand behind its salespeople and selling tactics used to get customers to change to their company based upon a flat charge and locked in price. This supervisor continued to talk over me and down to me. He did not want to hear what I had had to say. He just wanted to keep telling me things change. I changed to T-Mobile because I thought they were different from the other companies. I guess I was wrong, and it is all about the mighty dollar. T-Mobile wants customer loyalty, but T-Mobile does not want to be loyal to their customers. I should have never been told my price would not change just to get me to make the change. I bragged about T-Mobile in the past and my son and several friends also made the change to T-Mobile. I guess I will have to eat crow from them when their bill goes up. I am not a happy camper. I am more upset about the fact of what I was told when I made the switch than the dollar amount. I just feel T-Mobile cannot be trusted. Also, I fish in South Louisiana and the service map shows service in areas I fish but when I fish in those areas My phone says no service. I actually received better connection service from ATT. I called about this several times and was told they are working to improve the service and had problems in that area and should be resolved shortly. I think I was just told that to give me an excuse and get me off the phone. I would appreciate a response as to why T-Mobile goes back on their word

T-Mobile has been down for the Internet connection since wed may 22nd,the only thing they have offered was one credit of 200.00 when I use my phone for work and have been unable to work for not being able to connect to the web,which has made me loose out on 4 days of work which I make 200 average daily
