Issue with esim service activation causing financial and mental health impact, seeking return of number, activation of service, apology, and compensation for extra expenses.
I transferred over to circles.life on 7.5.24 they advised me to use esim service which was meant to be emailed that day. It wasn't till 8.5.24 I received it 9.5.2024 it didn't work on my phone I order a sim card but I had to get it from a retailer in Townsville 2 sim cards later travelling over 500 kms extra expenses for food fuel and accommodation still no service and no workable number I haven't been able to contact services attached to my number or contact or be contacted by family friends services or organisations try to contact me It has impacted on my finances mental health and corsed nothing but caos only its only been 9 days without any service to my number

Customer seeks refund and apology from circles life for unauthorized charges and lack of response to emails regarding international long distance function.
My mobile phone number is 045298765. I recently received your bill and found it was $73.17. I found that I have canceled the international long distance function. You should turn off this function. My mobile phone may have dialed the wrong number, but I did not get any reminder from you. Therefore I refuse to pay the fee. At the same time, I sent 2 emails to your company, hoping to get an explanation, but no one responded to me. Therefore, I would like to file this matter as a complaint and hope to get a satisfactory answer.

Customer complains about being charged $250 by circles.life for exceeding data limit during holiday period. requests waiver based on previous data outage.
During the holiday period of Christmas, Circles.Life whos network is provided by Optus have charged me a 250$ bill in a month that is a shock for me. I did get multiple warnings in my email about the data usage is exhausted, and this number in question is being used by my daughter and adding to that during the holiday period where we were on a drive and it is practical and need to understand that sometimes these warning messages are overlooked. I was under the impression that this circles.life telco company will restrict the speed or data usage once our limit is finished and never thought that they will charge us like this and that too 250$ bill is something huge and a shock bill. I have raised a complaint with them and they are not giving me a favourable answer where they will waive it off or any other solution other than waiving off 40$ from it. Still 210$ too is a big amount for me. One time when Optus network outage happened we were given an option that we get nearly 200GB of data as a compliment due to the network data outage from optus. So my request is if they can consider that data compliment given to us and waive off these charges, that would bring back my trust with them and i am happy to connect with them again as a prepaid customer. Look forward to your help in resolving this. Thanks in advance.

Customer facing network issues with circles life, no coverage for 2 days, unable to receive calls, seeking apology and resolution.
I ported to circles on 11 April. After 4-5 days of usage, I started to face some NW issues. I complained to them. Some hours later, I lost my connection. There is no network coverage on my phone from the circles sim. It’s SOS only in the NW bar. Basically it’s been 2 days like this and I am cut off from friends and family. I am borrowing wifi to talk to people and reach out to circles for complaining . Just imagine being without mobile for 2 consecutive days. There is no constructive reply from circles on why this has happened. And this has been a horrific experience with them. They only have a chat and email option to connect to them. <br />I am new in Aus and looking for jobs. Imagine some recruiter calling me just to find that I can’t accept calls. What kinda impression would it give to them.<br />I can’t even port out as the sms to port out will only come once I have any signals on my phone.
