Customer seeks apology from woolworths mobile after being banned from store and accused of being a child molestor, causing trauma to elderly mother.
On Saturday the 29th of June my mother went to the Leura store and had a medical episode. The local ambulance was called and transferred her to the local hospital. We returned the following day to retrieve her goods and approached the service desk. I was approached by a “floor manager” and advised that I have been banned from the store and unless I left he would call the police. I tried to explain that I was there to help my my elderly mum to collect her goods and the circumstances surrounding the situation. The manager wouldn’t accept my requests and persisted with his demands for my removal. My mother under the stress commented well you can get stuffed. Not necessary but understandable. At which point a female employee replied by saying “you can get stuffed too” in addition to which she pointed her finger at me and shouted “this man is a child molestor. I will be taking legal advice. My mother has been traumatised by this incident and it will be part of my case against Woolworths

Hi, I have been with Woolworths mobile for a couple of years now and never have I had an issue such as this. 4times I attempted to recharge my mobile in the last month. I kept recharging my account because I was under the assumption that was my solution to my data issue I. My I phone…. HOWEVER; As I learned today nor my data or my mobile was the issue but a seperate issue due to DV. The gentleman. I spoke to was more than helpful, however I was dissatisfied when I heard I wasn’t going to be refunded the list rechargedz from the last month. 4x $25. I would like this issue rectified appropriately before escalation to ACCC with legible evidence. Thankyou Sue Wilkinson

To whom It may concern, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to urgently reach out to you regarding some concerning news. It has come to my attention that I have been a victim of identity theft by an ex-partner. Shockingly, she used my identifications to try and obtain credit in my name without my knowledge. I have already reported this to the police, and they advised me to contact cybercrimes and I'd care for immediate assistance. This is my police number CIRS-20240210-4 I need these inquiries removed from my credit file as soon as possible. These are the inquiries in question. Customer is complaining about woolworths mobile's poor service, lack of signal, and unwanted changes to their phones. they are seeking a $510.00 refund and an apology.
This service was worse than optus. No signal in our home at all. the sim cards also forced changes to our phones that we could not undo. A bloody joke. I spent $510.00 on 3 sim cards ($170.00 each). I want a full refund for this terrible service.
