What doesnt happened with kayo sports. I pay big money for this and it is the worst i have ever seen it. Cant watch anything, keeps freezing, quality is crap but there happy to take my money really considering getting rid or give me compensation. Absolute rubbish for what we pay

Customer complains about Kayo app automatically switching streams, ruining playback of recorded games when live games start.
Hi,<br /><br />I’m really annoyed with the kayo app. <br /><br />It’s done this multiple times now including this weeks game of Hawthorne vs giants.<br /><br />What happens is we are watching the games after they have been played. Don’t want to see the score as we watch from the beginning.<br /><br />Playback happens fine. However we were up to the third quarter and the next game stream starts in this case st kilda vs Brisbane and the stream automatically changes to the next game and of course the the first thing it does is recap the last game so after watching for 1.5 hours its ruined.<br /><br />Somehow the current stream gets confused and changes.<br /><br />It always happens when the next game stream starts. <br /><br />I’m casting from the app on my iPhone to a chrome cast ultra on the tv<br /><br />I go to the kayo app select the game Hawthorne vs giants hit play then play from the start. All perfect for 1.5hours. Then as soon as the next games starts on live before this one finishes the stream just changes. Doesn’t stop playing or anything just all of a sudden we are watching the next game instead of the final quarter of our game. <br /><br />It always lines up perfectly with the next live stream that takes over the same spot on the home page of the app.<br /><br />It’s like we are streaming that spot identifier and not the game identifier so looks like a coding issue<br /><br />Thanks
