Customer seeks formal complaints process and apology from the age for lack of response to emails and potential blacklisting.
The Age doesn't seem to have a process or email address for formal and official complaints. Over the past 6-12 months, I've sent emails to various Age journalists including Mr. Elliget but almost not a single one has received a reply. I've wanted to put forward my lived experiences and add to various topics that journalists have written about, but almost no journalists or contact at the Age has replied. I'd like to formally and officially ask if I've been blacklisted by The Age? And if I have, for what reason? I firmly believe that one of the worst things you can do to someone is ignore them, especially when all they're doing is reaching out. I'd like to be provided with The Age's formal complaints process, as I would like to start down that path and lodge a formal complaint, if at all possible. My contact number is 0403 738 030 and I am a subscriber. If someone could get back to me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards, Mike

Customer has not received paper for multiple days, seeking refund if canceled, apology, and contact details for delivery contractor.
I can’t get any action from your delivery “customer service department”. The below is a rather self explanatory text from the email I sent them this morning. Having received NO feedback for last 6 days I am not holding out much hope just several promises of “escalation” (Where to ? The recycle bin? What a joke! Next step is cancellation I suppose. Text: Good morning? (Or it would be if I had the paper was delivered this morning - again). Really? Have you actually done anything about my issue? Have you actually found out what is wrong and advised your customer-me? Do I need to write to your managing director to get one measly Labor party prejudiced paper delivered? This is the FOURTH week day in a row that we haven’t had a paper delivered, having rung every day and emailed on third day. I have heard nothing by way of communication about any issue, no apology promising a fix - just crickets (at least you’re giving them a good year). I haven’t received the paper last Wed/Thurs/Fri and now again today!!! We received it on Sat /Sun only and joyfully thought problem fixed! Some hope. Should have known better shouldn’t we? Would you please send me the delivering Contractor contact details so I can get this problem fixed myself as I used to do with newsagents! Also would you please clear up a question I have about if I cancel - do I get refund for days left in subscription if I cancel? Russell Bullen 17 Ramsay Avenue Kew East 3102

Customer complains about wet newspaper delivery left on footpath after rain, suggests going back to rolling for better protection.
My paper is delivered to my home & left on the footpath. Each time after fairly heavy rain the paper is almost completely wet when I remove the plastic wrapping. It is very disappointing. Perhaps go back to rolling?
