Dear Luna Park Management, I'm disappointed with our recent visit. Despite buying tickets, my daughter could only go on three rides, one of which was broken. There was no mention of refunds or discounts when we purchased our tickets. We also weren’t told she was only allowed on 3 rides when buying the ticket. Customer seeks $192 and apology from luna park sydney for being charged adult price for child, limited ride options, and partner forced to pay.
We brought our 2 year old son to Luna Park and we were hoping to just have a look around. We were made to pay $65 (same as an adult ticket) and were promised there would be 8 rides to go on and the only ones safe enough for him were the merry go round and the Ferris wheel. Paying an adult price for a child is ridiculous in itself but with him only being able to go on 2 rides also limited our ability to go on rides meaning it was a waste of our money. We should have been informed accurately of what rides were available before we paid $192 and there should also be child priced tickets. In addition, my partner had no intention of going on any rides, nor did he go on any, and was still made to pay.

Customer unhappy with high prices, long lines, and lack of staff at luna park sydney. requests more staff for safety and assistance.
I visited Luna Park yesterday with my 2 granddaughters and was aghast by the prices you charge especially when there are so few staff at hand to ask for help or assistance. At Coney Island, three of the slippery slides were roped off all afternoon due to staff shortage. Given it was the first day of NSW school holidays, this is just not good enough. The lines are just too long and my granddaughters got very tired from waiting so long before they could get on the slide. I was told there just 20 staff on all day to deal with 3000 visitors (& that on Sunday, there were just 30 staff to deal with 5000 visitors). You really need to employ more staff, not just for safety reasons, but to assist us visitors who pay so much to get on the rides. Customer seeks refund or 2 new passes from luna park sydney due to early closure after purchasing all day ride passes.
I purchased all day ride passes on Saturday so me and my partner could go on the rides and experiences at Luna Park. We arrived at 715pm, because the website identified closing time, including closure of tue rides was at 10pm, the girls at the counter provided the passes for us, didn’t say anything about timeframes. We were able to go on 1x ride once, the Ferris Wheel. Following this, we were told the park was closing and that we had to leave, despite the website stating that the park, including the rides, were open until 10pm. I do not believe that paying $140 for 1x ride of the Ferris Wheel is appropriate or fair, and my partner and myself are quite upset. I am requesting that our passes are refunded, or that we are provided 2x new passes so we can come back to the park at the later date to enjoy it. Joshua Moran 0448 467 590

Customer experienced a dangerous fall on luna park slide, resulting in friction burns. workers did not acknowledge or assist, showing lack of care and safety.
On sunday the 25th of february I was at luna park with my friend, we went into funny land and decided to go down the big slide. i went down pretty fast considering my age and i ended up tossing and turning and flipping outside the bag. to get save myself from falling I put my hands down on the slide, resulting in friction burns all over my hands and blisters. not only did the worker at the end of the slide not even acknowledge the big fall but the worker at the top of the slide said to my friend “ she must of panicked that’s why she fell” i didn’t panic one bit it’s just dangerous and the fact the workers didn’t care and just watched and did nothing i think is horrible. im not one to complain about anything but i just feel like it’s a lack of care and it’s really unsafe.

My son is 6 and we bought him a wrist band - green . We went to line up at dodgem card , finally got to the front of the line and he wouldn't let him on by himself and so I was happy to go on with him but I didn't buy a pass cause I don't wanna go on the rides but he wouldn't let me sit with my son because I didn't have a pass ! Why would I spend 70 dollars just to sit on the dodgem cars once ? This is not fair and my son is now upset crying .
