Seeking refund for 12 unused tickets due to unresponsive customer service, resulting in additional expenses for alternative transportation.
I have paid for bus tickets for CMC Rocks for 3 people. 18 tickets in total. These tickets were unable to be used because CMC did not respond to my request through their website in a timely manner. I could not download the tickets prior to the event. It was too late when i got a response. The bus drivers would not take the online invoice we received, and we were turned away. Our SAFE way home was not available. We had to spend around $500 over the weekend on Ubers. Since this time, i have received the refund for my tickets only. I have purchased for 2 others for the 3 days. That is 12 tickets that require a refund on my card. I have left a number of emails asking for a response, however, i have not received anything in return. I would like a refund of the remaining 12 tickets

Customer resold ticket through moshtix, hasn't received money after one month. seeking compensation for having to follow up.
I resold my ticket through their portal and was advised that I'd receive my money for the resold ticket within 10 business days. The ticket was resold for $110 and it has been nearly one month and I've still not received my money. This is a lot of money and the fact that it is now well outside the agreed terms of my money being returned, I expect to be compensated extra for having to follow up.

Customer paid $35 for vip parking at a racing event but discovered it was the same as general admission parking. requesting refund from moshtix.
I paid for tickets for a racing event called the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International. One of those tickets was for VIP Parking for the weekend. I am writing to request a refund on the VIP Parking ticket I paid $35 extra for. I am disappointed and unsatisfied that I paid the extra assuming I would get closer and better parking. When I arrived at the venue, I discovered that the general admission parking was exactly the same area as the VIP parking area. So everyone that didn’t pay the extra got the same privilege as what I did. There was no event staff or security at the entrance to confirm this so people drove up in their vehicles and parked wherever they liked. So this VIP parking ticket is basically a scam, as I paid for something and got nothing in return for it. I asked several event staff at the gate and inside the venue and they all either didn’t know where VIP parking was or they said it was indeed in the general admission area. The area that everyone parks in. I would like a refund of the $35 I paid for this as this is absolutely not reasonable and shouldn’t have been an option to purchase in the first place if the event organisers couldn’t get it right. I contacted Moshtix customer service who straight up declined my refund and stated “Unfortunately there are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any tickets except in accordance with LPA code of practice.” I bought a misleading ticket which is essentially a scam as I received nothing for it. Moshtix are ignoring my emails I believe as they are not responding to my latest emails.
