A nightmare to deal with 2 weeks of constant calls with a promise of sending out a NBN technician to check the street and the equipment attached to my house and inside My house if need be. The technician did not attend my house or provide any information. They turned my internet off for 35 minutes and now it is slower than it was before not even half of the promised speed. The installer that fitted the Fibre Cable from the Curb to the house was very professional and good mannered. The installer that fitted the Fibre Cable to the premise was good mannered but the cable installation under the house was very poorly done. The contact that I had with the NBN case manager was that he didn't seem that interested in problem that I had.
