Customer experienced injury due to defective christmas water glass from anko, seeking apology and resolution.
I bought a set of Christmas water glasses in December, I have used them many times without issues until yesterday. As I was hand washing one it cut two of my fingers quite badly. Upon inspection the top of the glass was very sharp and couldn't figure out why. As I was emptying the sink I found a broken piece of glass, the water glass had completely broken off at the top. The whole top piece broke completely off, there was nothing else in the sink that could of broken it and it was warm water in the sink.

I bought a pair of lounge wear pants from Anko and within the first wear the elasticated pet at the top top has turned inside the pants and keeps flipping and turning. Its really uncomfortable and makes the pants look deformed and it’s frustrating as I spent money on these pants and it should not happen within the first wear.

Customer seeks a refund and apology for a defective Anko frying pan that only cooks on high and is warped.
I purchased an Anko electric frying pan from our local IGA supermarket and it only cooks on high, which burns everything. If I turn it down it doesn’t cook at all. I put oil in it to bake some vegetables and the oil ran to the outsides and wouldn’t cover the middle which means the pan is warped. I am not happy with this product. I would like a refund
