Customer seeking refund for order not shipped, lack of customer service, disappointed with generic responses, spent a lot of money.
Placed a first order on 2 July for an ‘in stock’ item AUS4133068, the order has not shipped and been ‘in transit’ (Sydney) since the 5th July. I am in UK and sent emails asking for an update with only a generic holding response. I spent a lot of money on the order and on shipping for the item, considering this it’s a really disappointing lack of customer service. I would like a refund.

Customer ordered a dress, received wrong item, requested refund, and faced difficulties with return process. seeking refund and apology from white fox boutique.
On the 28 June 2024 I ordered a dress and the funds were debited from my account. On 8 July I received a package from White Fox which was completely the wrong item - a pair of shorts. I emailed customer services immediately who said they wanted a photo which I sent them. They then asked me if I had returned the item in accordance with their returns policy. What a cheek. I suggested that they could send a courier to pick the item up but they said I would need to take it to a post office. The emails ensued and they said they would only send a replacement if they received the item they incorrectly sent to me in their Sydney warehouse. I live in the UK. I explained I did not want a replacement but my money back immediately and then I would find the time out of my day when I am not near a post office to post back the item they erroneously sent me. They are refusing to refund me. This is outrageous behaviour and needs to be stopped. I want my refund and a profuse apology for wasting my time.
