Customer seeking $3137.50 refund for broken rado watch from mazzucchelli's, waiting for response from customer service, no resolution yet.
I brought my wife a RADO Centrix Automatic Diamonds watch on the 15/12/2023 less than a week broken down send for repair return 6 weeks work for one day break down again sent for 2nd repair on 20/01/24 until now still not ready at all request for refund as stated on the receipt declined complaint to customer service they said will investigate until further notice until now still waiting for response. The RADO watch cost me $3137.50 please advise as she no longer interested please help!

Customer purchased necklace, diamond fell out. store took 6 weeks to repair, misplaced necklace, asked for payment, then waived it.
I bought a necklace from the rundle mall store on boxing day and within the week, one of the diamonds fell out. That’s OK, these things happen! So I went into the store to file a warranty claim for the necklace and get it repaired the next day. When organising the repair and nobody seems to know how to send it off to the right people, but we ended up on their “head office”. No apologies or concerns, just a “we will get it sent off and it can take up to 4 weeks and we will contact you once it’s ready and back in store”. Annoyingly they also spelt my name wrong despite spelling it out for them twice? It had got to 4 weeks and I call to enquire as to where the necklace is, and they insist it takes 4-6 weeks and will call me when it is here but they will follow up for me and call me when they get a response. I then call the next week to follow up as i’ve heard nothing, and there apparently has been nothing sent to “head office” and the necklace is not in store yet. But again, they will email off and call me when they get a response. Still no reply for a week, so I call again (at the 6 week point) and ask for the follow up, turns out they had replied the next day but no one bothered to follow up due to the person who enquired for me being sick? Their follow up stated the necklace had been sitting AT THE STORE for the last 2 weeks (same time as when I made the first call) and was put in a hard to see spot, so no one had seen it. They asked me to come in so I can pick it up. The icing on the cake was when I came to pickup the necklace, nobody seemed to know what the hell was going on with it and why. Then they ask me to PAY for the repairs on the necklace!! I tell them I’m refusing to pay as it’s a warranty fault, so they talk to their boss twice, and they say “there’s been a misunderstanding clearly so we won’t make you pay for it”?? I’m fairly certain you won’t make me do anything being that it’s under warranty? And that if I hadn’t followed up THREE times I wouldn’t have my necklace? The necklace was lovely, but I genuinely hope nobody else has to deal with the experience I did, which was filled with extreme incompetence, lack of care, and overall awful experience. I wish there was a way to rate in the negative, because that’s how absolutely poor this store performs with after customer care.
