Customer complaint about rude store manager lisa at millers store in rowville vic. requesting apology and better manners for customers.
Issue with staff member at Millers store Stud Park Rowville VIC 3178, Staff member Lisa who is the store manager of store was very rude to me and sister , we ask her if she removed the ink tags of the clothes, her reply was what do you think I am a bloody idiot, we were very shocked how she spoked to us, We haven’t been back to shop at this store due to her rude remarks. Please follow up with store staff LISA to have better manners for there customers. Yours… customer's look forward to hearing from customers complaint department

Customer unable to send payment for order to millers despite multiple attempts, phone query unhelpful, system fault needs warning.
I have tried all day to send a payment for my order to Millers (5 items. Each time I receive a message that the order is not able to be sent even though I have entered all details. A phone query to the company was a waste of time. She just said 'wait a few minutes and try again!) I did this at least 5 or6 times throughout the day - still no success. Is this company serious about online customers? There must be a serious fault with their system and a warning should be on the site to alert customers that they are wasting time trying to order.

Complaint about rude customer service at millers store
There is a woman in charge working each day, with occasional other ladies serving customers whom I have found to be very strong with her statements made that makes me never want to enter Millers Mount Pleasant Mackay North Qld store. First time I struck her rude nasty mannerism was wanting to return an item. I noticed she must have been having a bad day prior my request as she made loud strong comments for all to hear as I was about to be served and left with her strong comments ringing in my ears as I left the store. If returns are so offensive for her to process surely it should be handled in a better respectful manner? Another episode making me feel I'd best 'try that on' approach means I just won't go into that particular store again. I don't think its just 'personal' but simply her way of running things her way to all. Life is not so easy for many people these days and I can make allowances for another having a bad day but to front up to her being alone serving there ..not for me thanks.

Customer complaint about rude staff member at millers glendale super centre, seeking apology and resolution for mistreatment of elderly customers.
Millers Glendale super centre NSW Wednesday the 15/5/24 observed a staff member being rude to an Elderly customer this is I not the first time l have witnessed this staff member being rude to customers l realise we all get a bit stressed at times. Millers Glendale have a lot of elderly customers who sometimes get confused l felt very sad for the lady. This staff member was rude to me as well in the past she has a very abrupt manner sorry don’t know her name and don’t want to cause trouble but have given the date of incident.

Customer upset with millers stud park for closed store, unhelpful phone service, and lack of information. taking business elsewhere.
Today I went to Millers Stud Park Rowville. When I arrived just after 10.00am the store was closed. The sign indicated that opening hours were 09.30. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes then rand the consumer phone number. The person at the other end was not helpful at all and when I asked him where he was he said "Off shore". I then proceeded to Centre Management to try and find out if Millers would be opening today. They were very helpful but unfortunately could not tell me if the shop would be opening today. Needless to say I was not a happy customer and K-Mart got my business. This is not the first time I have experienced this with Millers Stud Park but you can rest assured I will be taking my business elsewhere.<br />Regards<br />Rhonda Dwyer
