Customer received wrong order from dangerfield, seeking refund or correct items to be resent along with an apology.
Hello Dangerfield, On 11 May 24, I ordered two pants from Princess Highway. The order number is SHPHAU168054. However, on Friday, 17 May, I received a parcel from Dangerfield with the wrong order. I believe the package belonged to someone else as the items were not what I had ordered. The dockets inside the package had the following customer Oder number: 0562W0026641 and the reference number is SHDFAU247047. I believe my order has been misplaced with someone else’s that I received. I find this totally unprofessional from your end as a lot of money is spent to buy the items trusting that customers will receive their orders correctly. Please sent me the return postage label to resend the wrong parcel and either refund my order or resend the rightful ordered items to me, please. Kind regards Faimy Mammen

Customer seeking complete refund or return/swap for too large vegan doc martin shoes, received voucher instead, wants refund from dangerfield.
My name is Samantha and I purchased on sale vegan doc Martin shoes in which when received were too large for me. I called up and asked if I would be able to return these and I was reassured as long as the shoes were in original condition I could send them back and get a return/refund. I sent the shoes back in original condition, all tags were still on them. I didn’t get asked if I wanted a return/swap or refund but I was then given a voucher to use instead. I don’t usually shop at Dangerfield and I have no use for this voucher when I emailed about this I was refused to get a refund. I would like a complete refund or a return/swap of the shoes in a different size.
