I was told I have a cooling off one week period on joining of gym, any how I decide to cancel my membership within the cooling off period and I am not being fully refunded for the cancellation and they are telling me it’s club access fees that is not being refunded , on the top of that during the cooling off period my club access pass to entering the gym was not working too so eventually I haven’t even enter or use any of there equipment at all, and I am not being charged $99 for that reason.

Hoxton park gym Is always unattending Need to change club to another club membership - direct debit account is slapping me with a fee when bank details cannot be provided Spoke with debit customer service and rediverts me back to Hoxton park and not providing a anytime fitness head office number and hangs up the phone Also advise Hoxton park several times that gym equipment is outdated cross trainers not working yet not resolving the issue

I am horrified to be told to leave from the Ulladulla gym because the worker Belinda McLean refused to sign my son up as she has personal issues with me. I am so dissatisfied. I would like to make a formal complaint.

I signed up to become a member at Anytime fitness and had a cooling off period of 7 days, I cancelled my membership on the 4th Day, yet Anytime fitness Kings Park is still deducting a membership fees from me for me reason. The reason that gave me was that there need to be a 30 days notice. How am I supposed to give you 30 days notice when I joined 3 days back. I need my money back

I’m a member anytime fitness Casey. Canceled my membership on 3/4/2024 but they are still taking money out of my account. They don’t respond to my emails or pick my calls

I lost my job. I owe like $105 to anytime fitness kingspark Blacktown. I pay that money and told a girl on phone to cancel my membership . She told me to come to gym to cancel it and I ask her gym gonna keep charge me money so I told her to freeze my account for further payment cuz I didn’t have no job. And she freeze the account and next day they send me another $10 bill even the account was freeze. I went to the gym and fill the form to cancel my membership. And the staff said even I cancel it they gonna keep charging me till 1 month. I got no job . This is not fair. I just want anytime fitness to not charge me any extra money cuz I cancel the membership today 15 Apr 2024. I paid full amt till this day. So don’t charge me extra money. If any extra money charged I want refund.

Good afternoon, I recently joined the Anytime Fitness gym in Camden. My issue is during staffed hours the rear door is locked so the only access is via the front door. Currently work is being conducted on the adjoining building and arcade and entry is blocked. This means members need to walk around the block to gain entry via the front. Can I request that whilst these works are being completed, can the rear access remain open during staff hours? I approached the manager of the club and it was explained to me that the reason that the door is locked during staffed hours is so members can be monitored entering the club. With current technology such as; CCTV and 24 hour gym access keys for members. I would have thought that all entries and exists would be monitored and reviewed. With a greater focus on entry and exits during unstaffed hours. Anyway, all I am requesting is while the work on the arcade and building nextdoor prevent members from using the arcade to gain access to the front entry. Can the rear 24 hour access door be used during staffed and unstaffed hours. Regards, Murray

I recently moved to Yagoona, NSW and wanted to join the gym. I enquired at few places including Anytime Fitness Bankstown. The worker there told me I can join for $23 a fortnight and she confirmed it to me several time that its only $23 a fortnight not weekly. I found this deal to be great and I signed the contract with Anytime Fitness. However, it did not mention how I will be paying. I went home waiting for them to email me the contract but they didn't. So I called them requesting it then they sent it and I noticed that the worker had ticked the weekly box for payments. I got so frustrated and i called them up again and the worker started apologising that it was her mistake and she'll get the manager to call me Tuesday. The manager did not call and I had to call and speak to her to explain what had happened. The manager admitted that this mistake had happened several times but there is nothing they can do. If this is the case,I told them I'd like to cancel my membership however they told me they vant refund me the cost of the keys.I am so angry and frustrated that I have to pay $99 when its not my mistake. This is not fair because I told them that Snap Fitness in Yagoona which is 5 minutes walk from my home would make me pay $20 a week but they wouldn't acvomodate me with the price either. Now I have 2 options either cancel my memebership and lose $99 or stay with thwm amd pay $23 weekly which is so expensive and I can not afford. THIS IS NOT FAIR AS IT IS NOT MY FAULT.

Hi I would like to inquire about the monthly payment I used to pay $103.11 . Now they charged me for the last 3 month $116.78 ! Why I have been charged this much. All other anytime fitness policy charge $20and something per week. Why you charge me this much ?
