The back extension machine has been broken ever since I started my membership 3 years ago. A replacement to avoid injury is crucial. Also a no hot food policy in gym should be applied as nobody wants to smell food while they are training as it is extremely distracting

Customer complains about unauthorized charges after cancelling snap fitness membership, despite carer's visit and lack of evidence from gym.
My son’s carer took him in on the 11th of January to cancel his membership at Snapfitness Maryborough QLD. I’ve been charged the membership fees ever since. I only just realised last week because my mortgage bounced due to this payment I wasn’t aware of. I have spoken to snap fitness Maryborough and they say they have no evidence of the cancellation and that their surveillance videos only go back a month or so. They are unwilling to resolve this problem with us even though the carer went in today to talk to them.

Customer seeking 69 aud refund and apology from snap fitness for misleading information about membership cancellation and refund process.
I have joined the gym on June 2023 by paying 69AUD as part of initial membership process and they told me that it will be refunded when I am cancelling my membership by oral. I am new to Australia and believed their words and after two months I moved to Indooroopilly snap and my membership has been moved on November it seems and I have no clue about it and now I am planning to quit my membership due to personal reason and asked about the refund which I paid initially but I am getting a different story that no refund will be processed from NewFarm snap manager and he is telling that person who promised you is out from snap so I am not responsible for that and we can’t do the refund and not sure about their refund process

Customer felt unwelcome and upset due to rude, unprofessional behavior from manager ONA at Snap Fitness.
The manager "ONA" was very rude and unprofessional. She was very direct and was not listening to us. She just talked to herself when we went with a problem. She did not bother to ask about our concern. She made us feel very unwelcomed. We returned back home very upset that day. We felt like we never want to go back or recommend anyone for the gym when she is around.
