Customer frustrated with order marked as fraud, requested to provide driver's license for verification, causing delay in shipping.
They marked my order as fraud even though I have ordered with them many times with the same account, card and address. I tried to reach out to cancel my order and they just responded with said to give them a photo of my driver's license, but I don't have my driver's license. I really need these products I ordered soon, and this has delayed the shipping. I would like them to fix the online fraud detection system as it marks the orders wrong.

Customer is requesting mecca to make their loyalty program more gender neutral.
Beauty Loop is a wonderful loyalty program however my partner and I (both men) don’t get much use out of some of the products. I’d love to see the program tweaked to be more gender neutral.

Dear Customer Service, <br /><br />I received my package today and I did not receive my beauty loop gift as per email and image below. Customer seeks $500 gift cards and an apology after fraud flagging issue and lack of response.
I pruchased 2 gift cards on mecca worth $500. I then get an email saying it has been flagged as fraud and i had to provide my iD and a utility bill. Which i did send to them. I still haven't heard anything back. And needed the gift cards yesterday (25/7/24)
