My son (Samuel Hoskins) was a member of Green Zone and ceased the membership when Revo took over the premises: the offer to continue under this new regime was declined as it was not suitable.  I was a nominee on the account. On 22nd October 2023 he became a member of the Craigie Leisure Centre. It has now come to my attention that Revo Fitness has fraudulently deducted membership fees from his Disability Support Pension in the amount of $55 on 26/4/24; 27/5/24 and 25/6/24.  If the $165 is not repaid immediately this will be reported to the NAB and the police.  Deducting membership fees when a person is no longer a member is disgraceful but even more so then the person having the funds deducted may not realise because of their disability. I send a email couple of weeks ago about noise complaint regarding noise of people dropping weights late in evening to early hours of the morning and no action has been taking it’s good for you can sleep quit I don’t like listen to the thumping and vibration interrupting my sleep if the noise does not stop I will be calling the police

I have moved state and cancelled my membership asking for a refund. I was denied my refund but they did cancell the membership. I just had ANOTHER payment taken out and i cant get in contact with anybody is able to help me. I am demanding a refund and cancellation of my membership but am being treated unfairly This is in relation to the Revo Fitness Glenelg SA

I'm not sure if Revo or one of the staff gets a kick back from the TV advertising channels but I have to tell you I'm really getting sick of it. I've complained to the lady running the show and according to her she can't do anything about it. If it is paid advertising it had better pay enough to make up for lost memberships due to people being angry with this

You just open new gym in Ellenbrook the noise is so loud of slamming weights goes to 12.00am and starts at 3.00am loosing my sleep you need to da end your slamming weights

At approximately 1610pm on Wednesday 17th April i entered Revo fitness Inalloo. I made my way to the girl toilets and a female staff member shouted at me stating excuse me, excuse me do you have a towel with you. I said yes I have one in the car. She said can you get it. I then went outside and got my towel. As I re-entered I approached the girl as I felt offended because other cauçasian clients were just entering with out towels and she was not approaching them also her manner was rude towards me. I expressed this concern and she didn't even apologise for her poor customer service stating that she was in charge. Whilst working out she approached me and asked me to leave. I felt embarrassed at this point and offended because was she targeting me because I'm asian and a different race. There are no signs up regarding bring your own towel and I always use the cleanings products available after I use the equipment. Why don't Revo issue a towel when you join. In my induction I was not made aware that it's compulsory to bring a towel. Could you please elaborate on these points. I would like an apology from her personally or I will take this racist attack towards myself further.

Hi, the ladies shower area in Morley is filthy and 2/3 showers are not working. It has been that way since I started using them in October 2023. There was a sign up last week saying the maintenance was coming out. Still unhygienic and broken. What is being discussed ne about it?

My access were taken away without notice. Emailed support team but complaint wasnt handled appropriately. Very disappointed. I wish to cancel membership.

I'm very self concious about my body . I do not feel comfortable with people filming in gym spaces. It has put me off training at your woodcroft facility. I spoke with staff Viraj. He was actually pretty good spoke with the girl filming and she stopped after laughing with staff member about the situation. I was aggravated at the time as I felt my rights had been violated. I hope I do not have to deal with this type of situation again at your facility otherwise I will cancel my membership. I am there to train and exercise not be filmed coincidentally. To often we see on social media women filming in gyms and labelling people as weidos and creeps for simply being in the cameras way .

I cancelled my membership, first by phone, then told to by going into the gym, charlestown 4 months ago. <br />Payments are still going out. I was told Payments would stop in a month. Not sure why they need a month. But still paying for a service we no longer use.
