They sold me an insulin novo pen and when I wanted help connecting it to my sugar app it wasn't working I did not get the help I needed from them they are the ones who sell the item they should know how to use it

Customer service not good, I had problem with the perfume I bought yesterday the spray not working properly, spoke to the staff She was not very helpful told me there’s nothing wrong with the spray when I asked to see the manager She rolled her eyes at me , all I wanted was for a replacement & was told they can’t because there’s nothing wrong with the spray.Will never shop with the Croydon branch again as I purchase all my medical prescriptions and other products from that store.

Refuse to deliver my order after taking money for express post

The pharmacist at orang grove (Liverpool) his name Van is very aggressive and always fights with customers please do something about it

There was no OTP authentication and the order went through without and approval from me. It was click to pay transaction which i was using first time. Its the problem with the website and i want to cancel the order. When i call (within 5 minutes of placing the order) to cancel the order the customer service was very poor

Hi I ordered via online fast delivery yesterday. Order # 137725670 It was important to do this and was very happy to pay for such a service. However RENDR was the chosen delivery company by Chemist Warehouse. This is the first time I have had this experience and I paid $14.99 rather than having to go to a store and collect the goods. I was at my residence/office waiting knowing it was arriving. I received a phone call from a doctor on the ground floor to say my order was delivered to their door and as they knew my name they advised me. I am on the 14th floor and the ground floor is the main access to the commercial building with many people coming in and out all day for appointments on all floors. The goods were left by the doctor on the bench in the foyer for me to collect. The goods were in a small carry shopping back with just my name on it and no address. The bag could have been taken by anyone coming in or out. No privacy on what was being delivered either. I must say it was a fast delivery but a failed one at the same time. I would never get this service again as I was just not good. I complained to RENDR and they answered but I feel Chemist warehouse should be alerted. Very annoying and they need to have staff who do the job and have proper delivery details on the order and there was no order receipt either in my bag. Goods should be wrapped up in the bag. This product (Order # 133584278) is counterfeit. At minimum defective under Australian consumer laws. On first use noticed: (1) the perfume doesn’t last (I got exact same previously from duty free and it lasted all day) and (2) the lotion doesn’t smell like the perfume. But I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. However (3) the bottle itself is now corroding. Never experienced anything like this when I got this perfume (or any other perfume for that matter). I require a full refund. I can return the set, box was disposed of.

I have had several attempts to highlight that as a drug management platform the Chemist Warehouse App is not fit for purpose. The calculation of the date the supply is inaccurate, and if a new script is required your are unable to adjust the date when supply will run out the function is not available.

I purchased 9 items from Chemist Warehouse Acacia Ridge branch this afternoon, the cashier man looked not welcoming, he did not give me the receipt until I asked for, while giving me the receipt he still looked unhappy and did not say thank you or anything. That’s okay I would not mind until I saw on the receipt he overcharged me 1 more item which was $20.99. I came back and told him. He asked me to show all the items while he was looking on the receipt for a very long time. I couldn’t believe there was only 9 items but took him that long to check. So I showed him that “I only have 2 of this vitamins, but you charged me 3”. Surprisingly, he told me “No no no, you just leave it there, let me do it”. Okay I let him do it without saying anything. After 3 minutes, he finally said “ok you got refunded for $20.99”. So I tapped my card and walked out with a stressful emotion. He even did not say sorry or thank you. I promise I will not come to that store anymore. Such a negative experience. I think he may already know he overcharged me at the time he scanned the items but he intended not to tell.

I was charged the wrong amount for an online order! I have been trying to resolve this grievance with the support team for months. I have explicitly asked for management to contact me to yet my requests has not been actioned!
