Customer receiving multiple unwanted calls from a landline number, seeking permanent blocking to stop harassment.
I have received over 30 calls on my mobile in the last 30 days from a landline number 03 7047 0974 or a variety of that number. The caller never leaves a message and rings day and night. Can these calls be permanently blocked because I have individually blocked all the calls and they then come up with another number off their list. This is harrassment. My mobile number is 0418 347 855.

Customer frustrated with boost mobile recharge issues, verification problems, app errors, and lack of solutions from chat support. seeking resolution for phone problems.
Boost recharge suddenly stops working. Dont get past I am not a robot verification. The recharge number on my phone wont work. I cant load the app on my tablet. Message is always something went wrong try again later. Have done that for days. I just want my phone back. Really annoyed at why things just suddenly dont work and sick of chat rooms that solve nothing. It was fine, now for some obscure reason no one knows, it doesnt work! I HATE this.I am stressed out trying to give you money so my phone works. Just gone past being polite.

Customer is complaining about the poor communication skills of the call center in the philippines and the incorrect delivery of a sim card.
To whom it may concern Re Case number 66055931 1. Have tried on several occasions to resolve this complaint but to no avail. Your call centre in the Philippines need training in many areas. There English is so bad they are very hard to communicate with,especially the men. 2. They do not listen eg were sending a new sim card by post Upon giving the address sent card to totally different address. On phoning to report not receiving sent another sim still sending it to a wrong address..Pathetic !! For several months we have only had half of one bar, although we can just make calls. But DATA hopeless and no one can help. What is going on ??As we can't get any service I have no option but to request a refund less 14wks on both phones Yours sincerely Vern Hodge

Customer experiencing issues with boost mobile, including incorrect phone numbers, lack of service, and unauthorized charges. urgently needs number restored.
After calling to activate a new sim card,the rep at boost kept attatching different phone numbers to my line,then eventually i ended up with no service,not able to send or recieve calls and texts.My phone was left with someone elses number on it,then that went away and nothing,however that hasnt stopped them from charging my cc.IM PISSED,my number of many years is just out there floating.I have been without service since april 15th,I am a cancer patient and have physical and mental impairment.I have already had a medical event.I am upset and unnerved being without a phone.BOOSTMOBILE IS WRONG ON MANY LEVELS,THEY MESSED UP MY SERVICE AND DIDNT FIX IT BACK<I HATE BOOST! THEY NEED TO GET MY NUMBER BACK UP AND GOING,I HAVE ALSO FILED FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND LOCAL AG
