Unable to edit content on yellow pages due to system failures, seeking resolution to edit content independently.
I signed up for Yellow Pages for my new business in the first week of January. As yet and despite around a dozen phone calls for help, I am unable to edit my content due to system failures on their end.
A previous error relating to authentication appears to have been fixed but the fixer did not fully test functionality and I now get a 404 page when I select 'My Content' (and so am unable to commence editing my content because all I get is a 404 error).
All I want is to be able to edit my content whenever I wish to do so. Like, every other CMS has done for the last 3 decades. I have zero interest in having to phone or email people with my updates. If Yellow Pages do not have a capability for users to be able to edit content, then they should come out and say so.
