Customer seeks refund and apology from bevilles for overcharging due to incorrect price tag, long wait time, and poor sales team communication.
My friend and i purchased over $2000 worth of goods to get the july savings. That was fine. nil issue. but we were $2 short so bought earrings that had a price tag of $24.99 only to be charged &29.99 because the y forgot to change the price tag. We should only have been charged the marked down price of $24.99. But because the salesgirl took nearly 2 hours checking that everything was included in the sales we couldn't be bothered and paid the $27.99. Very disappointing. Surely staff know what's on sale. Experience was shocking to say the least. My friend has parkinsons and having her stand for that long was shocking. Poor sales team . I believe a price tag that says 24.99 the buyer should get it for 24.99 not 27.00. Rip off. Not a happy customer (or 2)
