Patient experienced delay in accessing prescribed medication at fiona stanley hospital, seeking apology and resolution for the issue.
I recently attended the hospital with a possible heart attack. The Paramedics took all my medication to the hospital. I stayed overnight and the next morning asked the nurse for my medication. The nurse refused saying it needed a doctor approval. It took several hours before I was able to access my medication? Why when it was prescribed by my heart specialist.
