Customer experiencing inconsistent tissue quality, requesting investigation and resolution to maintain loyalty to kleenex brand.
I purchase several boxes of 160 sheets per month. On an average about 3 boxes of your tissues are so thin that you have to use several tissues while other boxes are OK. I don't understand this problem with your product! I love Kleenex tissues for their softness and would hate to change to a different brand. Thank you.

Customer received damaged toilet rolls from kleenex, seeking replacement packet due to loose ends and bits of paper on rolls.
Hi I purchased a packet of 45 toilet rolls from Port Adelaide Foodland in SA. When I opened the packet, it looked like a small rodent had hid inside and had a party. There were numerous rolls with their ends loose and bits of paper over most of the rolls. I have always used the ridged rolls, my absolute 1st preference. This is the first time I have been a disappointed customer. I would appreciate a replacement packet please. Kind Regards Tracey O'Callaghan

Customer unhappy with new kleenex mini packs, difficult to open and not as good as previous packs. threatening to switch to another brand.
To whom it may concern,<br />I have been a Kleenex customer for many years but this new marketing of these useless mini packs are stupid. difficult to open & not s good as the full-size packs. another boof head marketing flop. Bring back the previous packs that worked for so long. I am changing to another brand if not & we buy 2-3 boxes of your products weekly.
