Faulty pump spilled fuel, requesting refund and signage for out of order
At approximately 2pm l filled up at Metro Petrol Station Gosford at Bowser 1 selecting E10. Faulty slow Pump, never stopped,spilled onto ground and good jogger.

Customer seeks refund from metro petroleum for fuel pump issue, cashier and manager were unhelpful, worst experience, requesting assistance to get money back.
Just to inform you about my worst experience that happened to me on Saturday 16/03, i went to Metro Petroleum Station ( 410 Derrimut Road, Tarneit 3029). There fuel pump was not working but the meter was still going on, but the gas was not going through my car. I show all the evidence to the cashier but she couldn’t help me at all, she put a note at the back of the receipt and told me to come back on Monday 18/03 to talk to the Manager to get a refund. I talk to the Manager and he don’t want to refund me back. Im very disappointed, all i can say don’t go there, because anything that happen they will not help you at all. This is the worse experience i got, paying for something that you didn’t get at all. I got all evidence , i hope you guys could help me out to get my money back. Thanks

Customer complaint about contaminated fuel from metro petroleum, seeking advice on recovering cost of car repairs.
Have taken contaminated fuel from your Metrol service station on Lavis lane Williamtown NSW : This happen on the 17th Jan 2024. Have spoken to the manager and he confirmed that I did actually take 80 litres of premium diesel on that date and time as the receipt stated and his cctv confirms . My car a 2022 Amarok is getting repairs done at the VW dealership in Newcastle . They have a sample of the contaminated diesel taken from my cars diesel tank. Please advise my next step in recovering cost of repairs to my car . Regards Greg Corrigan 0434517876

I put 98 in my 2014 vf ss using your metro petrol stations for fuel for the 1st time over the month of July 20th,25th,28th and 31st to be told I've put dirty fuel into my car by the mechanic at Metro St andrews and now have major issues with my car I can not drive it and I would like you to pay for any repairs and parts needed to fix my car being a 2014 vf ss sportswagon.
