Customer seeks $80 refund for two pairs of pants that shrunk in wash despite following instructions, purchased on sale at noni b.
I purchased two pair of long pants/trousers on a 50% off sale. It is very disappointing when you have spent $80 to find both shrunk in the wash despite following the washing instruction attached to the pants. I tried both pants on in the Batemans Bay store to ensure they were the correct fit and size including the length because I am aware that on sale items are non-refundable. I feel I have wasted $80 on what I thought was a trustworthy clothing to purchase. I felt confident when I throw out the purchase receipt as I had tried both items on prior to buying and have never experienced any problems with my Noni B purchases in the past. I feel given that I can't wear the pants I should receive a full refund of $80. I would appreciate hearing back from you. Regards Maree

Customer received incorrect sizes and faulty items from noni b, seeking replacement dresses in size 16 with prepaid return postage.
I ordered some dresses online from Noni B sometime ago I have attached the dresses I have ordered dresses and other things many a time. With no issues as such only once they had to give me a refund for a faulty top. This time I did not bother until I was ready to wear these two items One was the incorrect size instead of size 14 they had sent me a size 10 0r twelve with a 14 tag with no belt and the other when I tried it on the neck line was not right the white lining could be seen so they were faulty. The pink dress the tag was stitched back on to the dress and it was crooked. Looked like someone’s return . I requested they send me two dresses size 16 for the same amount which I listed. To return the two faulty products a prepaid postage pack so I could return these two dresses. I have e been back wards and forwards with no satisfactory answer. They want me to go to a store and if I could not find the two dresses get a credit nd use it later. Why should I have to do this when they made a mistake in sending two faulty items.

Quality issue with noni b purchase, seeking $99.00 refund for shorts, buttons on blouse already fixed.
Quality of purchase is not to standard of the premium brand of Noni B. The buttons on the blouse undo and the shorts have pilled and have holes after the first wash. Total price of purchase was $99.00 at Runaway Bay store 27 November 2023. I would like the purchase price of the shorts refunded. The buttons on the blouse have been rectified by a seamstress.
