Customer unhappy with puma's chat customer service, supervisor called and was rude. requesting apology and assurance of better service.
Hi, went to the chat (Australia) to do returns. Honestly didn't feel like I was talking to anyone, because when they did come through all I was sent were what seemed automated, I didn't think I was talking to a person. Did what they wanted me to do then I asked them when I would receive advise by email as I was in a real hurry. Someone (Supervisor) rang me and basically had a go at me because I said the customer service on the chat was woeful, and it is. He said what he wanted to say with sarcasm and annoyance. I asked him to stop being smart, he then said I abused him then ended the call. Yes I was finding it tricky to do the return, it just wasn't very clear and I was in a big hurry. I did not, however, as a customer, deserve to be rung and told off by some guy who then uses the old "we don't talk to abusive people"" and hang up. I don't expect this behaviour from anyone, let alone someone I have given my business to. I want a follow up email stating that it's not your normal business practice to ring people to have a go at them. And yes, the customer service is woeful, that is now an undisputed fact and wow have Puma lost a customer

Customer complained about inappropriate music at puma store, worker defended it, eventually changed. customer wants person choosing music fired.
Liverpool outlet store had vulgar inappropriate music playing in their store. Loud Rap music with words such as "Fucking my bitch, my shit dont stink, Fucking the whore" the shop was filled with young children, young families. I approached the only worker at the regster and told her the music was innapropriate. She defended the stores music saying it was the stores playlist and she had no say. I askwd her if she thought "fucking the bitch, fucking the whore" was appropriate with youmg children in the store and she said she would change the music and she did. Who is choosing your stores music. They should be fired.
