Customer seeks $16.20 refund and apology from rockmans for being charged return postage on item that didn't fit, discouraging future online orders.
I ordered a few things online one item didn’t fit was wanting to return to a store but was told I had to pay for postage to return it which was $16.20 I find this really unfair when I had already paid enough. I paid for the items via PayPal so I was told there will be no refund for the return item. I am new to PayPal so have to investigate this further. Why do you make it so hard and costly all because an item didn’t fit, it makes me not want to order online again. Would like to see what can be done to get reimbursement

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experiences I have had with Rockmans. Despite being a loyal customer, I have encountered a recurring issue with the sizing accuracy of your products. I recently placed an order for 10 items, all labeled as size 8. However, upon receiving the items, I was dismayed to find that only 4 of them actually fit me. The remaining items were significantly larger than expected, despite bearing the size 8 label. This marks the third consecutive instance where I have received incorrectly sized items from Rockmans. As a result, I am left feeling disheartened and frustrated. It is evident that there has been a significant decline in the quality of your products, as well as the accuracy of sizing. Furthermore, I have attempted to address this issue through email communications, sending multiple follow-up messages without receiving any response. Additionally, I took the initiative to call your customer service today, spending valuable time during my workday on hold for 15 minutes, only to find that the operator was unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Regrettably, I have reached the conclusion that I can no longer continue shopping at Rockmans. Despite the brand's growth through the combination of other brands, the decline in product quality, sizing accuracy, and customer service is undeniable. In light of these ongoing issues, I kindly request that you provide me with a postage-paid label for the return of the incorrectly sized items. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a full refund for the items that did not meet my expectations. Please treat this as an urgent matter, as I am eager to conclude this final transaction with Rockmans.
