When I tried to make a purchase on the Tiffany and Co. website, I received an error message stating, "The credit card information you provided could not be authorized for this purchase. Please check the information, or try a different credit card," and I did not receive any order information. Despite this error, the amount of $1070 was still deducted from my Visa credit card (card number 462868******3194) at 14:48 Ulaanbaatar Mongolian Time on July 25, 2024 (02:48 AM Eastern Daylight Time on July 25, 2024).<br /><br />The deduction of $1070 from my credit card without any order confirmation from Tiffany and Co. has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I have not received the product I intended to purchase, and the missing funds have disrupted my budget.<br /><br />I request that Tiffany and Co. check their income statement for this transaction and refund my money as soon as possible. I have attached my bank statement to the email I sent to their customer service for reference. The transaction description on my bank statement is "Tiffany & CO 800-452-9146 US," and the amount is $1070.
