Customer seeks return and apology from tommy hilfiger for faulty women sweater purchased at harbour town adelaide store.
I bought a Women Sweater from Tommy Hilfiger Harbour Town Adelaide on June 15. As soon i wore it for the first time i realized its not fitting well. I went back to store requesting for an exchange or return but the store staff blamed me instead and refused to extend any support. I firmly believe its a faulty product. I am a regular buyer of Tommy brand and we as family have bought various products already which we are using without any complaint. We trust the brand that's why we go to this brand over and over again. This incident has left me questioning the customer support level of Tommy, its one of the article which i am reporting as faulty. Without being used at all it feels like loose and not fit for the purpose. I would request you to look into this, i am happy to provide any further documentation required from my side. I would request for the return of this faulty product as it is useless for me.

Customer witnessed staff making inappropriate comments about a customer's outfit and yelling at each other, seeking apology from tommy hilfiger.
Hi, I attended your harbour town Adelaide store on two occasions today. 23/04/2024. Unfortunately I witnessed two concerns. The first visit I overheard a staff member talking about another customer. To the public the customer appeared to be a male wearing a denim skirt and a long sleeve fishing top on. The staff member was talking to his colleague about the customers outfit and made a comment along the lines of “I bet you that he is fucking transition, what the fuck”. The second time I return to your store, my partner was in the change room. We both heard two females yelling. We thought that it was domestic violence fight. I left the change room to see if everything was okay. It was two female staff members yelling at each other. One of the staff members saw me coming out to see if everything was okay and still continued to yell. I have been a long term customer of Tommy Hilfiger and I was extremely disappointed that I witnessed your staff members on two occasions act in this way.
