Customer upset with ufs dispensaries staff for questioning and refusing to fill ulcer medication script, seeking apology and resolution.
Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the Sturt st ufs (odd numbered side Sturt st Ballarat) pharmacy staff. I have an ulcer that has perforated in my stomach I have to stay on medication until I see the surgeons, every time I go into this pharmacy I have been questioned, refused and humiliated as to why I need to get another script filled out. On the first occasion I was refused to have the script filled out I had to get a letter from the doctor, 2nd time I was once again questioned and after sitting there for half an hour and being questioned again the script was reluctantly filled out. On the 25th Feb once again I went through it all again. I sent this complaint earlier but did not receive a response from the store so I hope that you can help me instead.
