Hi Someone tried to open an account with my name and I had no idea. They were unsuccessful but now I can’t open afterpay account as apparently I already have a registered account. Customer unable to use afterpay in store due to pin number issue, seeking resolution from afterpay.
Everything I try to use afterpay in a store I am asked to enter a pin number. It's the pin number I have registered with afterpay and it doesn't work. This happens every time and afterpay have never been able give me a reason why.

Customer lost no upfront payment access on afterpay account, wants it restored. bank issue caused late payment.
I have had Afterpay for years now and all of a sudden i have lost my no upfront payment access I haven't missed no payments and haven't applied for hardship either everything was going good until Wednesday The only thing I can think of is I had payments due last Tuesday and my bank was down so I couldn't pay until 8.00pm that night

Payments were disputed and my account frozen. We have since forwarded documentation from the bank advising the dispute has been rescinded and Afterpay has received all monies. My account is still frozen, nobody is responding to my emails or chat. This matter is going around in circles and as a long standing member of Afterpay with no bad payment history I would like this matter resolved immediately and my account unfrozen
