I tried to call ING Direct multiple times at different times of the day, waiting for long, long time and no one answered. Also I sent ING Direct emails asking them to call me back and no one responded.

Customer frustrated with incorrect information and lack of response from ing regarding updating account details, seeking resolution and apology.
Hi I was required to update my details on my account .. I called to find out what I needed & was told to send my drivers licence ( certified copy) which I did .. waited 3-4 days no update so phoned back 6/6/24 & was told I needed certified copy of marriage certificate which I did .. received message 10/6/24 to ask what email address I forward my documents to.. sent a reply telling them customer.documents@ing.com.au.. rang 10/6/24 .. got transferred between 2 people only to be told the certification was wrong… the stamp stated “true & correct” & I was told it should be “True & Original” .. I am so frustrated after being told the wrong info to start with & no one got back to me .. I had to make all the calls starting on 3/6/24 to today 10/6/24 & it’s still not resolved… please reply to my complaint barbbromley@outlook.com Barbara Bromley

Customer seeking $20900 from ing, money bounced back, not transferred to savings accelerator account for over 3 weeks, impacting retirement savings.
I have $20900 in ING ledger because mistakenly closed the ING and transferred the money into another bank account which couldn’t accept the funds. Therefore the money bounced back to ING. I have confirmed with ING that this money is in ING ledger. My complaint is that it now over 3 weeks and the money has still not been transferred into my Savings Accelerator account which I set up recently with ING. I am very worried as this money is a large part of my savings towards my retirement. Please investigate why it is taking so long to transfer this money into my Savings Accelerator Account.

Hi McDonald’s Kalgoorlie have been double charging my account I had a argument with the manager demanding a refund on the recent double charge and he refused saying I had to take it up with the bank this doesn’t seem right I am very disappointed and disgusted in this event and it being a ongoing issue with this place. My account is locked and k cannot access my Centrelink payment for food petrol etc I cannot talk to anyone over the phone I have to send an email to the fraud team. I have not been told other than I have to contact the fraud email why it is locked - it's been 2 days

Customer upset with ing bank for falsely accusing son-in-law of fraud, withholding money, and ignoring requests for clarification.
ING bank. They've been telling my son-in-law that I claimed our transfer was fraudulent. I mean, seriously? I have no clue how to pull off such a thing. It's like they're using my name in some bizarre game, messing with his money, won't allow him access to his own money when I've repeatedly emailed them asking for clarification, and said it was urgent. They continue to ask me for my account number, when I've mentioned multiple times I don't bank with them.

Customer's account frozen by ing despite legitimate funds, causing extreme stress and financial hardship. seeking resolution and apology.
I had money sent to me from business associates /friends, for the purpose of helping my business in way of a Kickstarter. So I created a new ACC with ING with all good positive intentions towards the product and then as a bank. The deposits came through for me to begin and I started to run around getting thinks together and then they froze my account this was around the 21/01/2024 and still even though I know for fact that these are not fraudulent funds nor anything at all has got to do with fraud, they still won't listen and the funds are still sitting there in my account whilst I've been going through the the worst time of my life Stress through the roof I haven't been able to pay creditors and the list goes on. And clearly I don't know what to do next I have over 20+ emails back and forth I've shown proof of all receipts for the deposits the banking details and where the money has been to and from Everything and now I'm collapsed feeling as though in in for another nervous breakdown, and my doctor actually said that I need a break from these people at ING for a while so U haven't persued it again until now.
