Customer is unhappy with high interest rate on home loan compared to rates for new customers, seeking review for better rate.
I'm concerned my interest rate is too high for my Premium Home Loan Package. I've been a Bank Australia customer for over 5 years. With interest rates going up and cost of living pressures, I want to make sure I'm getting the best deal for my home loan. I'm paying 6.19%, but I've seen the bank advertising lower rates for new customers. Surely I should get the best available deal as a long-term, loyal customer? I want the bank to review my interest rate and let me know if there's a better rate available for me.

Customer made unauthorized purchases on credit card, canceled card, and requested payments to be stopped. bank failed to refund $319.30.
On 10/9/2023 i notice two unauthorised purchases one for $700 and one for $319.30 on my credit i call the credit card hotline and had the card canceled within three hours of the purchases being made on the 10/9/2023 and as the payments had not cleared i asked if payments could be stopped they said they cant stop the payments and they cleared on tuesday 12/9/2023. Since then i was told i had to wait 60 days for the bank to investigate at which time i called back they said the money would be credit back onto my new credit card on the 9/11/23 ths did not happen. I called again on the 10/11/2023 and was told someone had forgotten to process the refund and i would be credited the next business day 13/11/23 what happened then was bank australia credit the payment for $700 but not the $319.30. I have made a number of phone calls to bank australia to have the additional $319.30 refunded and been told they will look into and call me back which they have failed to do and each time i call bank australia say they send another email to the fraud department. To date no emails have been replied to that I have been made aware of and i still do not have the additional funds. as of todays date 21/11/23 it has been 72 days since i canceled my credit and this matter has not been resolved. The fraud was lodged with the police event number was given to bank australia at the time of fraud complaint. I would like the additional funds returned and this matter resolved.

Complaint about an issue with Bank Australia regarding an account under investigation.
I have an account with $58,000 in it and apparently it's under investigation from the fraud department only they didn't pass on the file to them, they have it. My partner is returning soon and it was meant to be what we were going to be living on as he put it there cause he didn't want to travel with it.
