Customer seeks $2000 refund from Cigno Loans after being misled into a loan, causing financial strain and mental health issues.
My mother asked me to take out a loan in my name for her (she was unable at the time) and recommended Cigno Loans, saying they were a trustworthy loan company and that I had no reason to worry over the loan and even though I was worried about it, i took the loan out anyway because I wanted to help my mother, especially at this time (i was 18 and didn't know any better) Over the course of a year, Cigno Loans took almost 2000 dollars worth of money in order to repay a "200 dollar loan that was almost paid" this took a toll on my mental health and my ability to support my family. I have tried over the last year to get my money back, trying to call Cigno Loans, talking to my bank, talking to others who could possibly help me, but nothing came out of it. I've pretty much lost hope in getting my money back. I would love to have the money stolen by Cigno Loans returned to me. I have a family to look after and this would help immensely.

Customer seeking refund of $1,254.00 in fees from cigno loans due to financial hardship and lack of response.
I took out 'No Upfront Charge Loan Model' with cigno loans. Cigno Australia and BSF Solutions provided credit without a licence and charged prohibited fees - which is against the law. My loan was for $200 but was charged $1,254.00 in fees. It put me in financial hardship and stress as im a single mother on a pension. I have requested many times to cigno to have these fees refunded but have not had any response and unable to talk to anyone at cigno. I'd like to have these fees refunded.

On the 25/11/2022 i received a qucik cash loan of $250. I ended up repaying $1187! I was constantly harassed by e mails offering the loans and fell for it. This obviously put me under enormous financial strain and i have suffered ever since. I require a full refund of the $1187

Customer seeking refund for payments made since account was finalized by cigno loans, experiencing stress due to unexpected increase in loan amount.
I received a No upfront charge loan on the 29/08/2022 for $200.00 and I had landed in financial difficulties afterwards. I am still trying to pay off the loan. On the 24/05/2023 I paid out the loan after calling them and paid the remaining waived amount. On the 30/05/2023 they sent me an email saying my account was finalised. Then following that on the 01/06/2023 they reinstated my account to the original remaining amount without discussing it with me and I have been making payments since when they come through. My loan had gone up by at least 5x the original amount and it is causing me incredible stress and I am trying to regain financial stability and they keep changing what they expect from me to pay and when. I would like the get a refund for all the payments I have made since they told me my account was finalised and any extra payments I made that were not necessary.
