They sold my property without them sending me any information that this was going ahead. I’ve lost a full shipping container of Antiques and personal photos cloths a Generator a portable home etc. My wife and l have split up over this. I want my belongings back.

Customer unable to access funds in closed commbank account, bank withholding money despite not being disputed funds, causing financial hardship.
I had an account with commonwealth bank but after one dispute was raised in one of my transactions , the account was closed .some money is still in the account but I am trying to access the funds back but the bank is refusing to let go my funds yet they are not the disputed funds . They tell me to call fraud team but I have nothing to do with them since the case was closed but they are still withholding my money . Have not been able to pay my fees, pay rent , bills or even buy food is been three days now I have not eaten

Customer urgently needs funds transferred from commonwealth bank for housing and support for two autistic children.
Super was transferred out of my Australian Retirement Trust Thursday and it was elevated to be done within 24 to 48 hours. It left them Friday. Commonwealth bank assured me in Person it would clear automatically. I still don't have the funds cleared. I am homeless with two autistic kids under 5. I need money now. It's raining and we have nothing and no where to go.

Customer upset after being told by commonwealth bank staff to see a lawyer regarding removal of accounts from netbank.
I have two bank accounts under superfund which I am one of trustee. Those two accounts were out of my Netbank accounts. I went to commbank Hurstville branch yesterday to find out issues. The staff said that the director of my superfund has removed my accounts from my netbank accounts. I was shocked. And asked the manager after. The responses was That I should see my lawyer to do this. I am really shocked and angry.

Hello. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for an outcome to recovery of money sent to wrong account. This is my rent money and apparently it went to another commbank account which should be easy to get back but I've been given the run around! On hold etc etc. Meanwhile im facing termination as I need to pay them rent. I do not have an extra $1120 ! I suffer from depression & anxiety and it is getting worse due to this, as I know how the housing crisis is! If I do not get my refund im Out on the street! Please I need help in getting this sorted asap. NPP-908758 Also a water bill i sent to same account which was incorrect.
