Customer is seeking $700 from citibank.com.au after her husband's death. bank refuses to cancel card or register death, suspects scam.
My husband died 21/12/2023. He was the primary card holder of a credit card from Citibank. I was a secondary card holder. I tried to contact the bank to inform them of his death. Whenever I call they will not allow me to cancel the card or register his death. Since he died amounts have appeared on two more monthly statements. I tried calling the scam hot line but was put back to customer service who I have phoned several times and they still wouldn’t authenticate me. One staff member said “you could be the primary card holder. I will have someone call you “ - nobody phoned. I think they think I am scam. I asked if someone could check the account because there are amounts on the statements that have different card numbers to the one he was using just prior to his death. I was told that because I was not the primary card holder, I will never be able to access the account. $700 is involved. If I can’t get any money back I want to at least have them cancel the account to avoid more expense. I told them I have his death certificate, will and any paperwork to prove who I am . Customer is complaining about incorrect bank balance and loss of $156,800.09. bank's response was unhelpful.
My Bank balance account was not correct: My term deposit was: $501,246.58, I would like to transfer it into my normal account ( its balance was $155,710.58). After transferring, the total must be: $655,957.16 ( $501,246.58 + $155.710.58 = $656,957.16) but the bank sent the balance to me by email the balance was only: $500,157.07 So I lost $156,800.09. . I sent that question to my bank, they only responded: ...."Transfers to and from your linked account can be made online...."!!!!! They did not think about my question. What can I do? Please show me. Customer wants to pay off the remaining 3500 debt but citibank is making it difficult.
I negotiated a hardship debt repayment and I have 3500 on my remaining debt that was negotiated. I phoned citi bank and this was confirmed on the phone however they are now sending me a bill 13K over what I negotiated and paid to have locked. I would like to pay off the remaining 3500 of my debt but they are making it very difficult

I am making a complaint about an issue with Citibank. I am seeking $60 and an apology from Citibank.
I made an appeal, a long time ago, about a US Software Co.. I won. They now say they gave me aTempory payment UNTIL…they pay. Now they have WITHDRAWN there temporary payment, leaving me with $0.00, because “They say” that the US Co. is about to pay. I now have NO Money, I am a disability pensioner, next pension day is 10 days away. i want 50% of the payment back, and I’ll pay 50% next pension day, so i am able to exist as a human. Unfortunately i am a living breathing human, and i can not exist with $0.00 without Prior Notice.

Customer lost debit card, paid $6 for replacement, never received. multiple promises broken, poor customer service from citibank.
I lost my debit card last Friday night(02-09-24) and I called to order a new one the same day for $6.00 to receive it last Tuesday(02-13-24)that I never received.So I called again last night, he said he orders an other one blocking the last order and saying clearly I will get it today(02-16-24),so nothing received today.And I call around 10pm,one told me I have to wait till tomorrow even the tracking number he can’t get me as a prove for tomorrow.But I concluded definitely there’s no service for customer,cause it’s happened twice.

Customer unable to update contact number due to OTP issues; seeks assistance and an apology from Citibank.
Citibank have my contact number wrong, I have tried on-line and via the App to amend my telephone number but I can only do so via a One Time Pin (OTP) number which I don't receive as the number in Citibank is wrong. I have tried to contact Citibank but I can't speak to anyone with out inserting the OTP which they say they have sent me but I have not received it. I lodged a complaint with Citibank explaining my problem and there response was to use the APP or go on-line. All I want to do is speak to SOMEBODY to amend my telephone number.
