Customer seeks refund, hair extensions or wig, and apology for incompetent service resulting in daughter's distress and self-confidence issues.
My daughter went to get her hair cut at the saloon at 2.00 18/3/24. A lady heavily tattooed served her. My daughter who had hair down to her bust line indicated she wanted 3 inches taken off the length. The woman took over 5 inches off the length of her. What this woman did was criminal. My daughter is so distressed it has impacted her self confidence. She is unable to sleep and cries constantly. It was a basic cut. After she had cut the first cut she checked with my daughter and the stylist said is it too short?. WTH So her hair is shorter at the back than at the front. Seriously DISGUSTING SERVICE. I had to stop myself from abusing this incompetent woman in front of other customers who I should have warned off. I want to now how the hell you are going to fix this. Apart from a refund you can ether organise for hair extensions or a wig. Thats how bad it is. Your job is to make people feel good about themselves. So many poor reviews on your stylists you should not be allowed to practice. I tried to take a photo of the cut she got but she wont let me and it will impact her work.

Customer upset about being overcharged at just cuts, received rude treatment from staff, left without paying after disagreement.
I have been to Just Cuts for years and have always expected and received lovely treatment and hairstyles. However at my last visit at Indooroopily around midday I had a nice time and great hairdo. I was told as I was a pensioner with short hair I would pay $50- for a shampoo, cut and blow wave. I always have a shampoo cut and blow wave. I go to Mt Omaney and Indooroopilly. I am known at both. As I went to pay the $50- Jennifer snapped at me and said I had to pay $92-, I have never paid that much in my life and explained to Jennifer I was told $50-. She agreed the mistake was at their end but I still had to pay the extra. If I wanted to pay too much I would've gone to S and S or Stefan. Jennifer snapped again and said she would call her manager. So she pretended to call, (her phone did not light up up) and said she would call security and snapped at me to wait there and be arrested. I'm not used to being treated badly and as I am nice to everyone I was surprised. I left the $50- on the counter and walked out. I got a rude text from her saying I would be arrested or somesuch. She was incredibly rude. I thought she believed I would cave and pay for her mistake by being threatening.

Complaint about poor haircuts, seeking refund, compensation, and apology from just cuts.
Good morning, I made an email complaint on the 12/12/2023 in relation to my son and my daughters haircuts that they received. I was on my way to the airport so i was unable to stay (the staff seemed very uninterested in ensuring i was happy anyway). I spent $80 on two haircuts which resulted in me spending more money at another hair dresser to fix their $80 haircuts. No one has contacted me in relation to this complaint and as previously stated, this is now my second complaint as my first one was just completely ignored!
