Customer seeks apology for strong laser treatment causing blistering, scarring, infections, and pain. dissatisfied with lack of progress and harm caused.
They did my tattoo laser removal very strong turning up the laser that strong without going up slowly that It caused blister and scaring so bad on the tattoo iv had 8 session and it has barley faded just caused a lot of infections as it wasn't it even covered after its session they used the cooling machine on one session and that was it. And then turned up the laser so high every time I went for sessions it caused me to get infections needing antibiotics and pain now im to scared to even go back and get more it can it causes my skin harm now. I found out the lady today doing it Carla has lost here job there but it doesn't solve my issue from the pain and scaring I have gotten from it

Customer seeks refund and apology from laser clinics australia for unauthorized use of coupon due to service mix-up.
The Roselands Store took an extra microdebrasion coupon from me without my consent, there was a mix up with the service they provided so they decided to take an extra coupon to make up the mix up. The mix up was on there behalf. I have emails going back & fourth which are in detail. I booked in for a microdebrasion but received a 5 step service, as the was the last service I received so when I booked my next appointment the girl put down another 5 step, but I thought I booked in for a microdebrasion so there was a mix up, so they decided without consulting me to take another coupon from me which I did not authorise them to
