Customer seeks apology from navy federal credit union for misunderstanding during phone call, resulting in ban from speaking with representatives.
On March 27 I called Navy Navy Federal during the credit Union to see about the discrepancy that happened like 21 days before I wanted to find out why they weren’t pursuing it Doing the course of the conversation I did say remember we duck Bullets for y’all The representative try to make it like I was threatening her I said three times clearly and she said in the tape because it was taped. Understand 10 minutes later when the neighbor Federal security people call me again I said I don’t believe she said that I tried to hurt her he hung up the phone. I immediately called Navy Federal back and tried to tell them that I had no interest at all and her and one of their employees but instead of doing the right thing and just leaving it they decide to call the Cruis police department like I’m some kind of trailer or something they banned me from phone conversation with their representatives, but they don’t mind getting my money
