Customer is frustrated with people's choice credit union for not receiving card renewal notice or replacement, leading to unusable cards and lack of assistance.
NO card renewal notice or replacement of card or pins and cards unusable before the end of the month, 60 klm trip to your shop with no assistance or reasons given just oh that shouldn’t have happened six auto teller payments on dead cards and told if we don’t get the new cards within two bloody weeks call them back how the frig is that going to help, hoping my pension is still getting to the account

Long delay in finance process for car loan, seeking refund of car insurance payment and apology from people's choice credit union.
2 weeks ago I started the process if applying for a small personal loan for a car. I lodged the application and was told I would be contacted by someone who would be handling my application in 24 to 48 hours. I did receive emails outlining what I needed to submit to support my application which we gathered and submitted. There was 1 document we needed to supped more info about which was done immediately. 5 days later still no phone call so I contacted again and did speak to a helpful person and I commenced the process again. Again told I would be assigned a person to handle my application and I would be contacted. One requirement was to get insurance for the vehicle, which we organised . At time if writing its now a further 9 days and still not contact from Peoples Choice Credut Union. The car yard are now wanting to cancel the deal as it taking too long to get an answer from my financier Peoples Choice Credit Union.

Customer frustrated with people's choice credit union atm machines not accepting cash deposits or frequently out of order, threatening to switch banks.
ATM machines not working, I have already complained about your ATM machines not working properly, why is it that your ATMs regularly will not accept cash deposits, always seem to be temporarily out of order, this has happened to me on numerous occasions, either rectify this problem or I will do my banking elsewhere!
