Customer seeking $5000 from revolut due to fraudulent activity on account after large payment from government agency, bank not refunding.
Got a large payment from a government agency then transaction started happening from my card and my account was cleared. The bank said I verified it but someone just open the app and that’s how they verified it. No other way that to be verified fraudulent activity and Bank hasn’t refunded my money and I want my money back Due to misleading. I didn’t even ask for a police report. They just took my money and said that I accepted it nap when I told him my phone had been stolen and all that talk with someone to press or open the app this isn’t right please get $5000 .

Customer seeks 19k aud compensation for scam, wants apology and more security measures for online transfers from revolut bank.
Back in December 2023 I was scammed by an investment trading platform. I was coerced by the scammer to use Revolut Bank to swift EFT transfers to a legitimate bank account in Hungry. I reported it to them immediately and asked them to recover back 19k AUD. I waited approximately 3 weeks only to be told there is nothing they could do to recover my transferred funds, and that they were sorry. Today 1st April 24 I contacted Revolut Bank and asked for a follow up. They told me my case was closed. I told them that I will be complaining to AFCA. They said I needed to put in a complaint to Revolut Bank before I complain outside the bank. These scammers know there way around banks like Revolut and Wise banks as they only offer online services. More security measure should have been implemented while transfers were made.

Account under review, unauthorized transfer of 12700 aud, want money back and finish review quickly.
My account with revolut is under reivew for more than 20 days, I can't receive and send out any fund during the review. This morning when I open the app to check how is the review goes, I was shocked that someone transfer 12700 AUD from my account to a Macquarie Bank account on 2:52 am without my permission and even didn't tell me. I tried to contact Revolut, their customer service guy told me this amount is recalled by the Macquarie Bank, and they asked me to contact with Macquarie Bank to deal with by myself. Revolut didn't tell me about the recall, didn't tell me which transaction was related to this recall, didn't ask me to explain anything about the recall, and transferred out my money without my authorization.
