Customer complaint about cil insurance for not resolving damage to motor home, seeking assistance from suncorp.
Iam insured with CIL insurance on 02/06/23 a vehicle collided with my stationary motor home.CILexcepted the case and sent a caravan company to asses the damage after many calls later on 31/08/23 CIL Was told that partsrepaires no longer available; 23/01/24 CIL was told this repair is in plastic and cannot be repaired suggesting total loss 19/04/24 i still have not had it sorted as they think some other company may be able to repair it. can you try to sort this out for me

Suncorp took my $6000 and $7000 I deposited into a Suncorp account Suncorp did not show any consideration or courtesy to resolve or inform me on the matter almost discriminating etc Suncorp caused alot of inconvenience almost beyond imaginable I declare the money was for I to get bitcoin and Suncorp CBA messed up 2 and a half years of peak investment times So I demand my digits back from CBA with a extra digit for each year or season it's take till I get what's ritefully mine for business and personal and their most valuable and I want a apology from their mum

Customer seeks $7918 and apology from suncorp for lack of access to account, poor customer service, and financial stress.
I have been getting ignored by suncorp bank about getting access to my account it has been under investigation for almost 2 months all I want to do is withdrawl my $7918 and close my account this bank is disgusting poor customer service the fraud team does not reply back at all I have went into branch and ask them what is going on they said there's no point of calling but to email the fraud team and I have done that on multiple occasions!! they have left me in finacial stress because I needed that money to pay my bills etc they are the worst bank I have banked with just disgusting how they treat people I just want my money and to close my account because I will not be using this bank!!! STOP IGNORING ME SUNCORP I HAVE DONE NOTHING WORNG!!!! GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER! Please no one use this bank!!

Customer seeks bonus interest for july and november 2023 from suncorp due to lack of clarity and communication on account terms.
The Problem: In July and November of 2023, I was unexpectedly disqualified from receiving the bonus interest on my Growth Saver account due to making two withdrawals within each month. This action was taken under the mistaken belief that such transactions would not affect my eligibility for the bonus interest. Furthermore, I was not aware that transferring money into this account wouldn’t impact my bonus interest eligibility. The clarity and communication regarding these specific terms and conditions have been significantly lacking, leading to this unfortunate situation. Impact on Me: This oversight has not only resulted in a financial loss for me in terms of the expected interest but has also led to a considerable amount of stress and disappointment. I had planned my finances around the expectation of receiving this bonus interest. The realization that a couple of simple transactions could negate my bonus interest for two entire months was both surprising and disheartening, especially since I was underinformed about these crucial account management details. Desired Outcome: In light of these circumstances, I am seeking a resolution that not only addresses my immediate financial loss but also ensures better communication for all customers moving forward. Specifically, I request: A review of my situation to consider granting the bonus interest for July and November 2023 as a goodwill gesture, recognizing the confusion and the lack of clear communication on the terms and conditions. An update or enhancement in the communication strategy surrounding the Growth Saver account, ensuring all customers are fully aware of how their actions can impact their bonus interest eligibility. This could include clearer messaging within the online banking platform, email updates, or more detailed terms and conditions documents. Confirmation that steps will be taken to prevent similar situations for other customers, perhaps by implementing alerts or warnings when transactions may affect bonus interest eligibility. I have always valued the relationship I hold with Suncorp and appreciate the services provided thus far. However, this situation has marred my experience, and I believe that addressing it promptly and fairly will not only benefit me but enhance the customer experience for others as well.

Customer's bank account was hacked by someone they know, leading to fraudulent activity including opening accounts and taking out loans. suncorp closed their accounts and accused them of being abusive.
My bank account was hacked by a person I know of not friends. She picked it up had it in her hand for not even a min when I then took it off of her. She hacked my bank my Centrelink my gov took out a loan opened other bank accounts with Suncorp and other banks,I have been to the police with fraud charge they know who she is she also set up a fake hone account using my number had my friend transfer her two lots of 500 one that went straight to my account another to another account which she then moved to my account and she then took out. She got onto my Centrelink and cancelled my rent payments . I was in the Suncorp bank castle town showing my ID and she was on my internet banking changing my password as I was standing there. Suncorp have sent me an email saying I'm no longer welcome to bank with Suncorp as I'm abusive. Which I can get a little angry as you can imagine they have closed my accounts down and don't want anything to do with there stuff up. They say I have my friend 1000 and I have some one my bank details. Not true at all

Customer seeking $200,000 from suncorp for shutting down account with $6000, not transferring $7000, and causing loss of potential investments and future business.
Suncorp just shut down my suncorp account with $6000 in it over 2 years ago and has not given me a courtesy call or anything about the matter except I went into suncorp bank and gave suncorp $7000 to be transferred into a Suncorp account but instead of transferring the money they stole the $7000 and shut down the account it was meant to go into I would like the $13,000 back with compensation for the inconvenience in total $200,000 for causing me to loose out on good potential investments and this problem also caused me to loose future business

Suncorp froze account without notice, no resolution after 3 weeks despite providing required documentation, staff not helpful, do not bank with suncorp.
Bank placed a hold on our main account without notice due to a deregistered company. The company acting as trustee for the trust account underwent a name change only. We went to the branch and provides all required documentation they requested including certification by JP etc. Should be resolved within 5 days was the advice. We are now nearly 3 weeks from submission of docs and zero action or feedback. Our funds are frozen and the Suncorp bank staff will not agree to discuss the issue. All they say is we have escalated your complaint. That is not resolution. Do not bank with Suncorp
