I’ve always been super happy with Up. There have been a couple incidents like this that I have let slide but this seems to be reoccurring and the bank is not acknowledging my side of this. I have provided proof of everything except my balance before each purchase (as their app doesn’t allow this) This is a problem on their end and since I cannot provide this additional proof (neither can they) I now I have to cop the consequences.
