I have had my account blocked closed and the bank has not released the funds and I have been waiting for their response for months they are cleared funds and I have over $1,000 in that account

Customer complains about incompetent service at bank of queensland branch in bundaberg, causing financial and emotional distress.
To whom it may concern I have been a bank of queensland customer for over fifteen years but the branch in bundaberg is another story for the previous 2 years they have been incompetent I run a business and the end of last year had nothing but drama trying to pay for paint card wouldn't work it wasn't expired so they sent me out another 1 that didn't work I would go in there loosing time money and clients and and I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression and the lady's just laughed at me thinking it was some sort of joke and doing a food shop with my kids and telling them we can't take the food home because my card don't work come home frustrating again finally got hold of someone with a brain from boq and she said I had a strong case I want amesiate action the anguish and suffering this has caused me financially and physically

Trying all morning to get BOQ on the phone to dispute a transaction the bank made on my Credit Card. I've been hung up on twice pushed to another person three times and noone can answer my question! Told they woud ring me back but noone has of course. Worst experience ever - no service! Been banking with them since before they took over. ABout 30 years and they don't care. I will be selling my shares and closing my account if they don;t get back to me.

Customer frustrated with bank of queensland's lack of support for reporting fraudulent charges on debit card, unable to contact anyone.
Fraudulent charges on my debit card, I am trying to action and report it to Bank of Queensland, although their app is down, their website is down and the only way I can get in contact with anyone is by reporting a credit card as stolen.<br /><br />Since I do not have a credit card, and instead a debit card, they don't want to hear what I have to say and transfer me to the debit card section to which no one answers.

Fraudulent charge on my debit card. Lack of support on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs. I want to be refunded in full for these fraudulent charges to my debit card and I want to be re-imbursed for my time spent on the phone with no resolution. at $30 per hour.

I was not able to make a few transactions. Thanks to that I missed my opportunity to bank some money. Approximately I lost roughly around $500.00 due to not being able to bank with my bank. I think it would be fair to gain an apology but also as a goodwill gesture support my claims that I could've banked $500.00
