Ajust helped me finally get a response from NAB, whereas in the past they chose to ignore my communication. NAB froze my account and held onto my money for months.
NAB accepts no responsibility for not informing me of my impending frozen account. The response by the customer service team lacked empathy and they did not care that I had a credit balance being frozen.
