Customer found black marks on ritz crackers, seeking quality control investigation and instructions for sending images and biscuits.
Hi, I'm Sorry to be a complainant.
Just opened a pack of Ritz crackers, the triple packs.
Two of the biscuits in first cylinder I opened had some unusual black marks on them!!
I have retained the two marked biscuits in case you are as concerned as I am.
I took some images of the biscuits and the package use by details.

Customer purchased lemon crisp biscuits, found only 19 in pack instead of 20, weight was 220g instead of advertised 250g, unable to contact arnott's.
Purchased a packet of lemon crisp biscuits from Coles in Brisbane Thurs. 30/5/24.
Opened them and a space in the packet as though one missing.
Only 19 in the pack and decided to weigh them in the pack.
According to me scales they weighed 220 grams and not the 250 advertised.
I tried to contact through the 1800 number on the pack, but told the number was disconnected.
As for outcomes, is this another reduction in size to maximise profits. If so, the advertised weight leaves you open to all kinds of problems.

I have just opened my second packet of YO YO's to find them also, pale and under cooked. Do not have quality or control anymore?
Have you found another way another than reducing the size or number of biscuits to cut costs?

Customer found small stones in tim tam biscuits, seeking apology and resolution from arnott's to prevent potential harm to others.
Tim Tam double choc biscuits, found 2 small pebble like stones in on of the biscuits. It didn't break any teeth. I have a pic of one of them still inside the biscuit with one beside it. Checked the other biscuits and they were all clear. Could have been my grandkids eating it and could have broken teeth or choked.

Customer is complaining about lack of flavor and barbecue sprinkles in arnott's barbecue shapes, requesting a return to original recipe.
I would like to tell you that your barbecue shapes have got no flavour, there's no barbecue sprinkles on any of the buscuits, years ago they used to full of flavour even the barbecue sprinkle bits on the bottom of the bag, now there's is NO barbecue sprinkles on any of the biscuits. You must be cutting costs? They were my absolute favourite biscuits so please come on arnotts bring back that barbecue flavour.
