Customer received burrito with raw onion despite specifying no raw onion, wants a remake and an apology.
I ordered a Small Toasted Burrito by Drive Through service at Zambrero Blair Athol. I clearly mentioned NO RAW ONION & NO JALAPENO. but after I got home and had my burrito it was containing Raw onion in normal amount. I usually don't get any issues since I used to had burrito there regularly, I aware that the corn contains little bit onio, but this time the onion is in the normal amount and ruined my evening dinner. I'm not happy at all

Long wait at traralgon outlet, staff prioritizing delivery orders over in-store customers, seeking apology from zambrero.
I attended the Traralgon outlet with intention to order, the line was 7 customers deep, the line was literally out the door. Another 4 customers lined up behind me, while I stood there for 15 minutes, I watched 3 delivery drivers pick up orders and leave. Meanwhile the instore line hadn't advanced by a single customer. I witnessed staff doing ANYTHING else but making customer orders in store. Infuriated, I left.

Customer received a sour regular bowl from zambrero, seeking an apology for the unpleasant experience.
Got a regular bowl with no rice and everything standard, like I normally do, but the bowl was sour, I love Zambreros and get it weekly but I had to put the whole thing in the bin. I’m not sure what it was; perhaps the lettuce but it was fowl.

Customer complains about poor service at zambrero in coffs harbour, seeking apology and resolution for rude and unfriendly server.
Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment today in Coffs Harbour and frustration with the poor customer service I received at your restaurant The server who attended to me, a girl with long hair and two nose piercings, not only had poor presentation but also displayed a poor attitude that made my dining experience extremely unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, the server was rude and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. She had a careless attitude towards taking my order and seemed disinterested As a result of this poor customer service, I felt so uncomfortable that I would rather eat my lunch in my car than in your restaurant. This is unacceptable and has tarnished my perception of your establishment. and I hope that you will address this issue promptly to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience. Hi I'm a regular customer of zambrero given I'm conscious eater it the very few healthy take out options available. I purchased my Normal order burrito,and when asked what sauce I mentioned the 2 I normally have ,at the register I was charged extra for the second sauce the cashier was insisted and passsive aggressive.i know it's only some cents but this isn't good customer service or business.

Amanda seeks voucher for meals, apology, and customer service training for kodi due to repeated rude behavior and poor service.
I walked into Batemans Bay Zambrero at approximately 6pm to order a meal for myself and my daughter aged 8. I waited for the lady in front to finish and then placed my order a quesadilla with pork and a kids meal with a quesadilla with mince. The staff person was the only one in the working in the shop at the time. 2 other people walked in a lady and a man the other staff person appeared Kodi (was his name). Kodi completely ignored me and served the lady next to me. Making her meal in no time and she paid and left. I felt quiet over looked and embarrassed. The man serving me stated he was new at his job. Then kodi served the man after the lady and he was off all this time I was waiting for a simple kids meal for my child who had just finished swimming and was cold and wet on a towel. Kodi then started serving a third person whilst I still waited. This is not the first time Kodi has done this to my daughter and I. Kodi then put it through the till like he was star of the week. He asked is that take away or eating in I said we are eating here thank you. By this time I felt like walking out. After our meal I asked Kodi for his name and told him I would be putting in a complaint about him. I said you need to work as a team and ask the other staff person what else does this lady need and help working as a team then move on to the next person, I explained to him he needs your help and the customer deserves better than this I felt humiliated and embarrassed. It makes me feel like not going back. I feel Kodi needs some customer service training and communicating training. Especially since this same incident has happened twice with Kodi. I wonder how many other people have been subjected to his rudeness and poor customer service. I do like the food its just disappointing and humiliating service this situation has made me feel upset like I don't matter. Its not ok to serve 3 other people behind me in the que it just rude. I hope you can talk to Kodi I do worry about him being verbally abused by the public if this continues. Thank you for your attention to this matter Amanda

Just ordered a vegan burrito with double beans & rice, guac, all three salsas and lettuce, trezigo and paid extra for additional cheese. Instead, I got a burrito that was 90% rice. No beans, no guac, no vegan cheese. Barely any salsa or lettuce. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I’ve been overcharged multiple times for things that weren’t even added.

Customer complains about half-filled bowl and missing guacamole at zambrero yamanto, seeks $27.80 compensation with photos as proof.
Hi I’ve been buying a vegetarian burrito bowl at Zambrero Yamanto for sometime now. The bowl is usually quite nicely packed full and satisfying. The last 5 to 6 times. It hasn’t been is full as usual, but today’s was ridiculous. The Bowl was only half full and there was no guacamole available and I was still charged the regular price of $13.90. I don’t think I’ll go to that store anymore as this is the one I have a problem with. The Bundamba store that I go to does a very good job and I have no complaints. The service is wonderful and the staff are lovely. I have photos of the offending bowl and I would like a voucher for 2 free bowls to make up for my inconvenience. Thank you for listening to my gripe.
