Customer found grey pieces in saxa himalayan pink salt, seeking clarification from kraft on edibility of tnt residuals.
I recently bought a saxa Himalayan pink salt coarse salt and found a few pieces with some grey colour with some research I found it’s TNT residuals I would like to know how is that edible ?

Customer concerned about high salt content in kraft grated parmesan cheese, seeking clarification to continue use due to health limitations.
Hi Kraft we have noticed that the salt content in your Grated Parmesan Cheese. I wonder if someone could check it. I know what is says on the wrapper but we have noticed a big difference and will have to stop using it until we know what has happened as heart failure people are limited in salt and we never had that problem before with your products.
