Customer is upset about change in flavor of heinz extra cheesy spaghetti, seeking apology and discontinuing purchase.
Our family and extended families use to buy on average 24cans a week of the extra cheesy spaghetti, it's flavour profile has changed for the worse and is now unedable to our kids and the adults. WHAT HAVE YOU CHANGED, DISCUSTING. WONT BE BUYING ANY LONGER.

Customer found a hair in heinz steam fresh carrots, corn & broccoli, seeking full refund and apology.
I opened a packet of Heinz Steam Fresh Carrots, Corn & Broccoli tonight and was horrified to find a long black hair was sealed inside one of the steamer bags. I have photos which I can share, including details of the batch number/expiry date on the steamer bag and packaging. This is my first time purchasing these for convenience for my toddler, so I was shocked and definitely turned off buying again in the future. If someone could be in touch to arrange a full refund.

Customer complains about excessive plastic wrapping on heinz spaghetti 'the one for two' sold in groups of three cans, suggests biodegradable paper instead.
Dear Heinz Australia; Heinz spaghetti is an excellent product, and I often buy it from my local Coles supermarket. However, Coles sells Heinz Spaghetti "The one for Two” in groups of three 300g cans of spaghetti wrapped together in plastic film. May I please respectfully suggest that this is a particularly visible example of excessive and unnecessary plastic wrapping. If you must sell the product in groups of three, could you please wrap them in biodegradable brown paper instead? Heinz is an iconic brand, so it seems like very poor optics to so needlessly associate your brand with such over-consumption of environmentally harmful single-use plastic. It’s also puzzling to me that Heinz seems to have gone to great lengths to make it virtually impossible to e-amil the company directly about a consumer concern of this nature. The experience will certainly make me think twice about buying Heinz products in future. Sincerely, John.

Customer complaint regarding spoiled cans of spaghetti from heinz causing illness in child with special needs, requesting removal of batch.
My sister Inlaw had cans of spaghetti and when I opened one it smelt funny and then my son (4 years old) ate some and then felt sick shortly after. It has a strong alcoholic smell and tastes fowl. She then opened another can this morning and said it had the same shocking smell and taste. My son also has hirschprung’s disease which affects he’s bowels and he’s now struggling to go to the toilet and has felt unwell ever since. I want this batch taken off the shelf as it’s a waste of money for those purchasing and can make others ill.

Customer received poor quality spaghetti in tomato sauce, seeking apology from heinz for ruined dinner plans.
Today I bought a tin of spagetti in tomato sauce the tin was the one for all size when I opened it there was only liquard to be seen I tipped it into a bowl to heat up and it was like soup hardly any pasta in there my teenage boys are big eaters and this quality is poor , their dinner planned out and ruined . I must say I will be hesitant to but this product again .

Customer purchased heinz spaghetti, found quality to be poor with thin sauce and less spaghetti. unable to contact heinz, seeking apology and resolution.
I purchased 2 x 535g of Heinz spaghetti from COLES Dernancourt South Australia on Tuesday 18th June and wish to make a complaint regarding the quality. I have tried several times today to ring toll free number on the can, but the phone does not even ring. This is surely detrimental to your company not being able to contact Heinz and something needs to be done to rectify this matter. When my husband opened the first large can we realised that a second large can would have or be opened to feed us both. Normally we can share the smaller can (comes in a three pack) between both of us which we put on toast and have really enjoyed in the past. We have realised that the product we had today should be called spaghetti soup as the sauce was not edible with our knife and fork. We required a soup spoon to eat the cold sauce. It was served on toast (as we usually do) and was VERY SOGGY. It is quite obvious that the recipe has been changed by putting thin sauce and thinner/less spaghetti in the tin to make up the weight. We were discussed at the quality of this product and plead with you to revert to your original recipe. It doesn’t take customers long for word to get around that Heinz now have an inferior product. My Husband and I will not be a loyal Heinz customer when products change to this extent. I would appreciate a personal response via my phone number: 0448 888 311 to discuss the matter further. Hi, my name is Matt Franks and I’m from Albury, NSW and I tried Heinz relatively new soup range “Soup of the day” Thai Style Chicken with Chilli & Lime. And because of it I’ve been on the toilet on and off for the passed 12 hours. I didn’t have anything else to eat so I know it was that. Not sure if it was just a bad batch but thought Heinz should be aware.

Customer seeking product replacement and compensation for curdled mayonnaise that was never opened and appeared blown.
The mayonnaisse separated and looked curdled. It has never been opened. Left it on the bench to complain about the next day and it was looking blown so my husband disposed of it. The dinner we had planned to make could not be done so I would like the pproduct replaced and compensation for the trouble we experienced.
