Customer experienced poor service, long wait for food, uncomfortable seating, and flies, leading to a negative dining experience at Outback Steakhouse.
Please review my receipt via dine reward 301541-3337 bethjam35@yahoo.com 7/30/24 at 630 pm. Concerns: was not comfortable with seating requested hostess change it she refused to until I commanded another area to make my dining experience pleasant . Ordered surf and turf - the runner never brought out food as he did for other diners . Server/ waitress had to get it herself as the runner did not bring order . Food took 45 minutes to come with no apologies and reasoning. Restaurant was not full. Flies were consuming my food . Between the poor customer service, extended wait for food and flies , I lost my appetite. I took the majority of my food home. Would never visit this particular location the worst dining experience .
